JAK Computing was formed in September 2004, initially to
supply specialist image capture and conversion services.
Founder, Mike Kent, brings 20 years' experience in document
capture and management to your business to help you meet
your objectives.
We have experience with a variety of customers, from commercial
bureaux who sell the services on to their own customers,
to organisations such as local authorities, which have ongoing
projects for publishing historical documents electronically.
All of our customers have one thing in common; they seek
solutions.

Our Services.
JAK Imaging Services cover all aspects of digital Document
Scanning, whether the image data originates from paper, book,
video or film. The resulting digital file(s) can be stored
and retrieved using disc or WEB storage.
Conversion of the files can produce the required
formats to suit your application.
Documents are digitally scanned, then checked
for quality before being indexed in such a way that they can
easily be retrieved, usually via a database. This can enable
you to have a full electronic Document Management Storage
and Retrieval System (EDMS), an easy to use filing solution
or a web-delivery service.
